Misato and Koutarou WASHIZAKI

鷲崎浩太朗はフォトグラファーとして、鷲崎美里はメイクアップアーティストとて、二人で渡英。帰国後は協同して、今までにない、新しいファッションフォトの表現を目指すため、ペーパーアートや立体造形物、イラストレーションなどを用いて作品を作りはじめました。デュオの活動ではフォトグラファーとアーティストの視点が密に交わることで独自性のあるファッションフォトを撮影することを可能にしています。また近年ではファッションアニメーションの制作にも力を入れています。

Koutaro Washizaki, a photographer, and Misato Washizaki, a makeup artist, moved to the UK together. After returning to Japan, they began collaborating to create works that incorporate paper art, three-dimensional objects, and illustrations, with the aim of developing a new and unprecedented form of fashion photography. In their duo's activities, the close intertwining of the photographer's and artist's perspectives allows them to produce distinctive fashion photography. In recent years, they have also focused on creating fashion animations.
